Stages of Project Management
1) Pre-Construction Planning

4) Construction Oversight

5) Post-Construction & Handover

What Does a Project Manager Do?

Is a Project Manager Different from a General Contractor?
Yes — though they often work closely together, their roles are distinct.
A General Contractor is primarily responsible for physically executing the construction work — hiring trades, supplying materials, and building the structure.
A Project Manager, on the other hand, oversees the entire process — managing planning, design coordination, contractor performance, and client communication to ensure the build runs smoothly from start to finish.
