I recently had the pleasure of working with MJ Ontario Constructions to create a basement ADU (added a full kitchen, a new bedroom, and fire separation drywalls) in Ontario, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience and the outcome. From start to finish, Manjeet was a fantastic person to work with. He provided fair quotes and was incredibly flexible throughout the entire project.What... stood out the most was his ability to listen to our needs, keep our budget in mind and suggest only what was absolutely required without cutting any corners. This honesty and reliability made the entire process stress-free. Manjeet also has a strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, which proved invaluable. His expertise helped us save a significant amount of money by demonstrating relevant OBC guidelines to the city's building official, which avoided the need to remove bathroom walls.We had pulled a permit for the basement ADU, and Manjeet took charge of scheduling inspections and worked seamlessly with the City of Windsor inspectors, ensuring that all inspections were passed without any issues. He interacted with the city several times regarding the permit, making sure that only the necessary work was done and that it was done correctly. He remained committed and focused until the very end, accommodating city inspection comments patiently until we received our occupancy permit.Moreover, I have referred Manjeet to three of my friends, and each one of them has been just as happy with his work as I am. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and family. I was only recommended the work that was needed for my basement to look updated and it was completed in a very timely manner.
